About the Founder
Juan Castilloadame, “Coach C”, is a retired U.S. Navy veteran, world traveler, and the passionate founder of a dynamic youth sports academy serving children ages 4–12. With over 26 countries visited and a background that includes an MBA and a degree in Human Resource Management, Juan brings global perspective, strong leadership, and heart to every aspect of the academy.
Under his direction, the academy has grown from core programs in soccer and basketball to exciting expansions in softball and flag football — helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the field.
Whether on foreign soil or the local pitch, Juan’s mission remains the same: empower the next generation through sport, character, and community.
